Lego set draw rules

Participation is possible through the purchase (online or on-site) of a regular escape room game (room for two or more people), gift card, or bundle. Please note that the game must be paid for in order to participate. Additionally, participation is exclusively subject to the following listed conditions (1 to 13).
1. The raffle includes an LEGO Harry Potter Castle Hogwarts: The Great Hall for the entire team or a smaller Lego set for each team member. The value of each small set will not exceed 50 Euros.
2. Period: The raffle starts on July 8, 2024, at 00:00, and ends on July 31, 2024, at 00:00.
3. Prizes cannot be redeemed in cash and cannot be transferred.
4. Participation is only open to adults residing in Germany. Not eligible to participate are employees, representatives, legal successors, and agents of Elite Experience Deutschland GmbH and their relatives.
5. The prize draw takes place after the implementation period, excluding the public and ensuring the principle of randomness.
6. Winners will be informed by email. There is no obligation to accept the prize.
7. The prize can only be collected at the selected branch (Munich) during regular opening hours. The winner or a person authorized by them (with a power of attorney) can collect the prize. Shipping of the goods is only possible with the organizer's consent. Collection must take place within three days of notification; otherwise, the prize will expire without any claim.
8. The following exclusion reasons do not entitle participation or lead to subsequent exclusion:
a) Subsequent cancellation of the purchased game.
b) Violation of the General Terms and Conditions.
c) Violation of the participation conditions mentioned here.
The organizer reserves the right, in case of the mentioned exclusion reasons, to reclaim the prize or invoice it if it has already been handed over.
9. To the extent that personal data of participants are collected as part of the raffle, these will be collected, processed, and used by Elite Experience Deutschland GmbH solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle and deleted after the raffle ends. The participant assures that the information provided about them, especially first and last name, is truthful and correct. The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will not be disclosed to third parties or made available for use without consent.
In the event of winning, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and place of residence (e.g., Mustermann from Munich) in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator's website and its social media platforms. The participant expressly agrees to this. The participant can revoke this consent at any time by letter, fax, or email. The participant is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data they submit.
10. Liability for damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Elite Experience Deutschland GmbH rejects all claims that go beyond the prize. In addition, any warranty is excluded. The organizer assumes no liability for the goods and services offered as prizes.
11. These terms and conditions of participation can be changed by Elite Experience Deutschland GmbH at any time. Participants will be informed in a timely manner.
12. Legal recourse is excluded. There will be no correspondence about the raffle. The place of jurisdiction is Graz. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
13. Should a provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially ineffective, this does not affect the validity of these terms and conditions of participation in other respects. Instead of the ineffective provision, the legally permissible regulation that economically comes closest to the sense and purpose expressed in the ineffective provision applies. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap in these terms and conditions of participation.
